Terms of Winterization & Storage Agreement *

By clicking "I Accept" below you are agreeing to the "terms & conditions" as provided in this storage agreement for services during 2018-2019. You agree to pay upon confirmation a 50% deposit towards your rental/storage fee. No boat will be hauled unless Standish Boat Yard, Inc has a completed, fully accepted contract with a deposit. The boat owner agrees to leave a key or combination at the office.

Outdoor Winter Storage Rental Acknowledgement *

Owner must present proof of insurance on vessel. Certificate will be kept on file. Total Length of the boat (including bowsprits, swim platforms, etc will be billed for outdoor per foot winter storage.) Owner agrees that responsibility for drain plug removal is sole responsibility of the owner. Boats should be available before Thanksgiving. Boats not available for hauling out by October 15th must be available for launch by April 1st or they will incur possible moving charges. Do not tie covers to stands. Yard will remove any cover tied in such manner an owner will be billed for said action."

Wet Winter Storage Acknowledgement *

Owner agrees to be charged at $26 per running foot plus electrical charge, as each boat will be individually metered. De-icer will be metered as well. Owner agrees that should their boat be plugged into power center will be billed monthly for electricity. Owner will be metered and charged accordingly. Boats may be hauled in the Spring at regular yard rates. Live aboards are allowed. Complete winter storage bill must be paid before boat occupies slip. Proof of insurance must be provided. Absolutely no electric heaters are to be operated, NO exceptions. If owner burns plug he will be charged for replacement.
