A 1-night deposit is required up on booking for any transient dockage or moorings.
*All Seasonal Mooring Rentals are Non Refundable, No Exceptions.
Cancellations & Refunds
We are grateful for your understanding that we are a small high demand marina and boatyard to depends on logistics and operational excellence to provide the best experience for our visitors & customers. We do not offer cancellations or changes of transient or overnight dockage plans within 24 hours of arrival. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule before the 24 hour cut off we will have to charge you for your stay as we work hard to operate efficiently.
